Delivery

Free Delivery when you are within 12 miles of Shepton Mallet Somerset, minimum spend £8 order by 2pm for same day delivery,

Free Shipping is available for any order £20 or above, with a maximum weight of 2kg.

Postal deliveries, we use Royal Mail, or Courier’s for heavier products to provide a safe and reliable service to you.

Returns

You can return any product that you are not happy with within 28 calendar days of receiving it.

The Product must be returned undamaged, unopened, unused and in the same condition that it was sent and must be returned in the original packaging.

Before returning any item please e-mail info@harrispaws.co.uk and return instructions will be sent. A refund will be issued only once the item has been received and deemed in an appropriate condition. Return postage and packaging costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Natural Treats

As with all food and toys please ensure you supervise your pet whilst they enjoy their natural treats.
